Ooopss.. It's been a long while since i last updated this. I've been so busy with my studies and so on. This coming June, classes will resume and for sure, will become so busy again. I'm on my 4th year this semester, I never thought I could have come this far. Being a nursing student is not an easy task. I have to give my full time on this. But thank God, I can still manage to give time on my workout. By the way, on Sunday, June 5 is my 7th year anniversary working out. I started when I was 18 and now that I'm 25, wow! I have achieved the body I desired, i used to be 120 lbs. at 18 years old, now I'm unbelievably turned to 210 lbs. Isn't it so amazing?.. I will continue on working out and will never stop.. Just be fit and healthy guys!

I'm back!!! At long last..

It's been a long while since i last posted a post here... Been very busy with my studies. By the way, just wanna share what happened this afternoon.. I decided to purchase a keyboard for my laptop.. I was pretty amazed to the flexible keyboard. When i got home to use it, I got so disappointed. It's not friendly to user. You need to press hard before the symbol shows in, in short, it's inaccurate... grrr. I wasted few bucks for unuseful stuff.. Anyway, got nothing to do with that but to buy a new and simpler one... Again, i learned from my mistake.. miss you all guys.

Out of town..

Oh my God... I am going to the province together with my mom and bro later at 3am. This is unexpected. My cousin is getting married. I hope to enjoy the vacation for two days. I couldn't bring my laptop with me because i believe it would be a lot harder for me to find a hot spot to get connected through wi-fi, so it only means that i cannot update my blog in two days time but i'll make sure to update as soon as i get back home, in addition, I will also post here some of the photos that i would be taken while in the vacation.
It has been a long while since i last visited Pangasinan, I am excited and at the same time worried to get bored.

Nice place

I went to Tutuban Mall this afternoon together with my mom, it was my first time to be there, we really had fun together. She bought a lot of clothes and shoes but I didn't by anything for myself, I just enjoyed the place. The people around were very nice to me, I heard good compliments and they smiled at me. The Security Guards of the mall were really amazing! One of them asked me for how long I've been workin' out, I felt ashamed to response but I did.
For me, One of the best things we did was we when walked in the middle of the railroad and looked for fresh fruits. There were lots of vendors around selling different stuff. My mom and I really had a hard time to find grapes. One of the vendors said that they cannot afford anymore to sell grapes because it's quite expensive.
We got home at around 9pm. Exhausting but worth it. Unfortunately, We were not able to go to Church.

Going back to school again..

Been busy these past few days and the following days, I have to fix every thing for my enrollment this year. I'm going to study again with another course, I'm so excited and at the same time nervous. How I wish I gain a lot of friends at school. I hope to overcome and pass all trials.
I will make sure to continue my workout and my everyday routine eventhough i'm studying already.
I will bring my laptop in school to update my Blog and other Websites regularly with the help of Wi-fi.
I will keep on posting tips about Bodybuilding, weight-gain, weight-loss and some other stuff.

Warning!

I am so concerned regarding to the news that has been spread out through-out the Internet sites and forums. The accusation pertains to Google AdSense. I believe that this is a serious matter to all Bloggers who support and trust the network. I condemn Google AdSense for their unrighteous way of disabling AdSense account with no direct reason at all. With hundreds of Bloggers who experienced the same, it is very disappointing that all your effort, time and earnings for a long time is gone in just a snap.

For all those who would like to try the free service of Google Adsense, If i were you, I'd rather try other Networks and have peaceful mind. But if You think that this is just a black proganda for the network, it is your own risk!

These are just two of the thousand comments i have read in different forums:

**It only happens when you have accumulated enough money in your account and you are supposed to be paid. Up until that time you are providing them with free ad space on your website. They terminate your account and keep the money. When you ask why you were terminated they give you that crap about the algorithm. It's a profit center for Google--pure and simple! - Saeed of Iran.

**I tell you that Google Adsense themselves are fraud. First they enroll us in their program. We invest our time and resources into it. After a year or a month when you are bound to get a payment, they will disable your account without giving any reason whether you are guilty or not. They have no liability whatsoever and it is their right to cheat people. They never tell you what was the cause of diabling account or provide any data. It means that it is their choice when to stop payment to the publisher. Google Adsense is only cheating its publishers and its advertisers. Morever, their check never reaches on time. Sometimesyour payment never reaches in 4 months. They have set their own monopolistic rules. And there is no rule to safeguard publishers interest.
Its all loss-loss situation for both publishers and advertisers in google adsense. If someone may be earning, there is no reliablity he will be earning next month. Any one can clicks repeatedly on google adsense ads on your website and get your account closed. Adsense is all rubbish and just waste of time/energy/resources/money.
Google is misusing its goodwill and power to cheat innocent people. Its playing with the careers of the people. Stay away from Google adsense. - Andrew of United States
