Follow up images on how to grow taller!

I have received lots of Email regarding on how to grow taller, Unfortunately they can't figure out the procedures easily, so here's the follow up for the previous techniques i posted, and this time, together with the images and intructions.
You can do this everyday, twice a day, in the morning and before going to bed. It is important to have an 8 hour complete sleep, drink plenty of water. Expect for the result in 3 to 5 months. You would notice an additional inch in your height. (NO AGE LIMIT)

jr, have 2 more questions.
1st, how many is the ideal number of repetitions that should be done for each of those steps?

second, how often should that exercise be done? is it ok to do it everyday, twice a day? how many time in a week?

P.S. if i do it regularly, when could be the earliest time i would notice that i'm growing taller? will it take a month, months or a year?
